Walcott United fought and nearly did it.
The team finishes in a respectable 4th place with 69 points, just a point shy of the 3rd-placed team, which won against the league champions Prozna 2-0, the latter fielding a weakened team having already sealed the title.
Glad to say, Walcott United has stayed true to its attacking focus and finishes the season average 3.63 goals per game.
We congratulate both right forwards Robby Doll and Sevki Ghazali for scoring 22 goals apiece to be top scorers for the club, albeit needing to share most of the matches as they fight for the single RF slot.
There are a couple of young players as well. These promoted youth players are all French, as the source of production is led by a French scout.
Speaking of that, I will have to worry about staff contracts come the end of next season. The contracts are expensive, and I will need to decide whether to get new staff members for 3-season periods at undeveloped (thus cheaper) abilities.
For now, the management board is rather satisfied with the solid season of consolidation where finances have not declined and yet the number of players have increased, lending more weight to the team.
The team, as estimated, is set to receive about 360K of end of season bonus for finishing in the top 5.

The team congratulates the promoted teams and will seek for an even better season in Season 32. Promotion remains not a priority, with the strengthening of team finances and adding more youth into the first team lineup being first on the priorities for the management.
